Due to its scenic beauty, Dorf Tirol is perfect for walks as well as short or longer hikes with different levels of difficulties.
… Walks: In a distance of only 100m to our hotel the pictorial and sunny promenade "Hans Norman Falkner" starts. It leads to the Tirol Castle and is merging in a widely ramified network of walks. You further have access to 4 out of 5 theme trails in Dorf Tirol. (wine, apple, culture and panorama trail).

… Hikes and mountain hikes: we are an ideal starting point for hikes with different levels of difficulties and for your nature experiences: 70 km of marked hiking trails invite you to explore the unspoiled nature, the beautiful orchards and vineyards, green alpine meadows, romantic mountain huts, pictorial mixed forest of Dorf Tirol, clear lakes and challenging mountain hikes in alpine terrain.

Dorf Tirol is situated directly in front of the Nature Park Texelgruppe, the biggest and one of the most beautiful Nature Parks of South Tyrol. A hiker's paradise! A special characteristic are the nine Spronser lakes, the biggest alpine lake group of South Tyrol, each lake with its own colour, shape and surrounding.

Dorf Tirol and its near surroundings offer plenty attractions. The Tiroler Adler is an ideal starting point. All highlights of the village are within walking distance and for trips to Merano or to far surroundings you take the bus close to our hotel.
