Good to know
Check In
On the day of arrival your room will be ready for you from 2.00 pm at the latest. If you would like to arrive earlier, please send us an e-mail and we will do our best to make your room available earlier.
Check Out
On the day of departure we ask you to vacate your room by 10.00 am. You are welcome to leave your suitcases with us and park your car in the garage if you wish to leave later.
Groups
Medium and small groups are particularly well accommodated with us. We can help with the organisation of excursions on site.

Paying the bill
When booking, a deposit of approx. 30% is payable by bank transfer or debit from your credit card; some banks charges a fee of €10.00, which we unfortunately have to pass on to you.
We grant our direct bookers a cash payment discount of €1.50 per person and night when paying the balance in cash. You are also welcome to pay your bill by debit card, non-transferable cheque or credit card (Mastercard and VISA).

Travel cancellation insurance
Our cancellation conditions
Nobody likes cancellations: It's a pity when rooms remain free although others would have liked to come, but on the other hand you never know what might happen.
There is no right of withdrawal in the sense of the consumer protection code - nevertheless we grant you the following cancellation conditions:
The paid deposit remains according to ital. Civil Code remains with us.
In addition, the following cancellation fees will be charged (the deposit will be deducted) for cancellations at short notice:
Cancellation within the last 21 days before departure, or late arrival or early departure: 80% of the booking value No-show, without prior information: 100% of the booking value
